Our aluminum liquid storage tank has the following features:
1) One time extrusion, the bottom of the tube is a blind hole, to make sure there is no leakage in the bottom.Besides,it is also more convenient for the installation of compression release valve in the new energy car.
2) Seamless and high pressurization with wall thickness 2mm,which is complied with current requirement for light-weight.
3) Strict cold extrusion production process,wall thickness tolerance within 0.1mm which can make sure of the burst pressure after putting into the furnace.
4) The decrease of the weight and the structure of the blind hole in the bottom can much decrease the heat absorption during the brazing process.
